Marks and Spencer (GB:MKS) has released an update.
Marks and Spencer Group PLC has announced that Andrew Fisher, a member of their board, has taken on an additional role as a non-executive director at Believe S.A., a French listed company, from 21 June 2024. Fisher will also participate in Believe’s Audit and CSR Committees.
