MarketWise, Inc. has implemented a new 2024 Employee Compensation Structure, which will come into effect on July 1, 2024, introducing a combination of base salaries and bonuses, including restricted stock units with a four-year vesting period, for all employees. High-level executives, such as the principal financial officer and Chief Information Officer, will have significant base salaries and can earn annual bonuses up to 200% of their base salaries, based on the company’s performance metrics. These bonuses can be awarded in either cash or restricted stock units under MarketWise’s incentive plan.
