Marketingforce Management Ltd reported that in the first quarter of 2026 its AI application business revenue surged about 110.5% year on year, while gross revenue from precision marketing services grew a modest 0.9%. The company is positioning itself more firmly as an AI-native enterprise solutions provider, signaling accelerating traction in higher-growth AI offerings compared with its traditional marketing services.

During the quarter, the group launched its GenAI OS operating system, upgraded its AI Agentforce platform to version 3.0, rolled out the KnowForce knowledge platform and introduced the Data-Agent Business Analysis Master to create a full-stack AI agent product matrix. It is also shifting from subscription-based pricing to diversified pay-for-performance and pay-per-call models, which more closely align fees with customer outcomes and further test the commercial viability of its token-based scenario economy.

The company continues to invest in multi-model scheduling frameworks and industry knowledge graphs, and has iterated its Tforce large marketing model to enhance response accuracy and reasoning in vertical use cases. These moves are intended to deepen its AI capabilities across enterprise scenarios and support large-scale implementation of AI applications, with the aim of delivering long-term value for shareholders and corporate clients.
