Marimaca Copper Corp. has secured a strategic investment of C$68 million from Assore International Holdings, including a C$30.3 million private placement. This deal, which marks AIH’s first foray into Marimaca Copper, will fund the development of the Marimaca Copper Project in Chile and further exploration activities.
