Marechale Capital Schedules Hybrid AGM

Marechale Capital (GB:MAC) has released an update.

Marechale Capital has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 15, 2024, with provisions for shareholders to attend in person at the company’s London office or virtually via Zoom, although online attendees won’t have voting rights. Shareholders are encouraged to appoint the Chairman as their proxy to vote and must submit questions by October 14 for a direct response before the AGM.
