Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. has announced the issue of S$75 million 3.81% Green Notes due 2031 under its S$3 billion Euro Medium Term Securities Programme. These notes, guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, are part of an effort to finance green projects in line with the MLT Green Finance Framework. The notes are unsecured and carry a BBB+ rating by Fitch Ratings, which is subject to change.
