Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. has announced a significant shift in leadership as Ms Ng Kiat steps down as CEO and Executive Director, effective 22 July 2024, to take on new challenges with the company’s sponsor. She will be succeeded by Ms Jean Kam, the current Head of Investment, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous roles in property portfolio management across Asia Pacific and development expertise from JTC Corporation. This leadership transition is part of the company’s strategic succession planning designed to bolster its management team.
