Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. has announced the successful amendment of the trust deed to include provisions for the repurchase and redemption of its units, following the approval at its 15th Annual General Meeting. This amendment, formalized through the Tenth Supplemental Deed with HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, aligns with the previously proposed Unit Buy-Back Supplement. Shareholders can review the amended deed at the Manager’s registered office.
