Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., the manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust, has disclosed that one of its subsidiaries has secured a loan agreement with terms consistent with existing Debt Facilities, totaling about S$5.8 billion. These terms require MLTM to remain the trust’s manager and a subsidiary of its sponsor, Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, with prepayment obligations triggered upon any breach of these conditions. Currently, no such breach has occurred.
