Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. has issued 709,959 new units at S$2.3078 each to cover the base fee for managing certain properties, including 29 data centers in the USA and a data center in Osaka, Japan, for Q1 2024. Following this issuance, the total number of units in MIT has reached 2,835,380,283, with the Manager now holding 28,205,933 of these units.
