Mapletree Commercial announces leadership changes with the retirement of Ms Tan Su Shan as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee after seven years of service. Mr Tay Tuan Hearn Alvin has been appointed to the committee and will take over as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the NRC. The Board of Directors expresses gratitude to Ms Tan for her contributions and guidance during her tenure.
