Maple Gold Mines Ltd has announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General and Special Meeting, including the shareholder-approved joint venture restructuring with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. This restructuring will grant Maple Gold full ownership of the Douay and Joutel Gold Projects in Québec, positioning the company to double its gold mineral resource base and take complete control over significant mining assets in the region.
