Maoyan Entertainment (HK:1896) has released an update.
Maoyan Entertainment has announced the renewal of several key cooperation agreements with Tencent and Shanghai Yueting, strengthening ties in content production, promotion, distribution, cloud and technical services, as well as payment services. These renewed agreements, which are part of the company’s continuing connected transactions, are significant as Tencent and China Literature Group are substantial shareholders in Maoyan. The company’s compliance with Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules ensures that these transactions meet annual reporting and review requirements, but do not necessitate independent shareholder approval.
