Many Peaks Minerals Limited has announced the completion of its acquisition of CDI Holdings (Guernsey) Ltd, gaining an 85% interest in four mineral permits in Cote d’Ivoire, a region noted for recent gold discoveries and significant previous exploration investments. The deal includes the issuance of shares to Turaco Gold Ltd and Predictive Discovery Ltd and assumes a net smelter royalty. Many Peaks is set to begin aggressive exploration programs, including diamond drill tests and auger drilling, to extend known gold mineralization.
