Although distributions are paused until December 2025, submitting tax forms can prevent the REIT from bearing unnecessary U.S. withholding taxes, potentially benefiting all Unitholders when distributions resume. The REIT emphasizes the importance of this action to maintain financial efficiency during the suspension period.
