Manulife US REIT has announced organizational changes, with Ms. Veronica Julia McCann transitioning from an Independent Non-Executive Director to a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 17 June 2024, due to tenure limitations. Following this change, Professor Koh Cher Chiew Francis will assume the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, while Ms. McCann will remain as a committee member. These shifts reflect the company’s adherence to regulatory standards and commitment to maintaining a skilled and experienced Board.
