Manulife Financial Corporation has announced plans to redeem all of its outstanding 3.049% Fixed/Floating Subordinated Debentures, valued at $750 million, on August 20, 2024, five years ahead of their due date. The redemption will be at par value, including accrued and unpaid interest. This move is part of Manulife’s broader strategy as a leading international financial services provider with a significant global presence.
