Manulife Financial Corporation has announced new dividend rates for its Series 15 and Series 16 Class 1 Preferred Shares. Series 15 holders can expect a 5.77500% annual dividend rate, while Series 16 will offer a floating rate starting at 1.77245% for the upcoming quarter. Investors have until June 4, 2024, to instruct their brokers to convert their Series 15 shares, with the Series 16 shares set to be listed on the TSX under the symbol ‘MFC.PR.S’.
