Manuka Resources Ltd ( (AU:MKR) ) has issued an update.
Manuka Resources Ltd has expanded its capital base with the issue of 1 million fully paid ordinary shares following the exercise of May 2026 unlisted options at an exercise price of A$0.06 per share. The new shares, which rank equally with existing stock, lift the company’s quoted ordinary shares on issue to 1,479,818,397 and were issued without a prospectus under the Corporations Act’s continuous disclosure provisions.
The company confirmed it remains compliant with financial reporting and continuous disclosure obligations and stated there is no excluded or undisclosed information that investors would reasonably require to assess the company or the rights attached to the new shares. While the issuance represents a small dilution for existing shareholders, it modestly strengthens the company’s equity position without the need for a separate capital raising or new disclosure document.
