Manuka Resources Director Converts Fees to Equity

Manuka Resources Ltd (AU:MKR) has released an update.

Manuka Resources Ltd has announced a change in Director Anthony McPaul’s interest in the company, with an additional 620,944 ordinary shares and the same number of unlisted options acquired. These were issued in place of $37,256.60 worth of director’s fees, reflecting a conversion to equity at $0.06 per share, as approved at the General Meeting on June 26, 2024. Following the change, McPaul’s total holding includes 1,620,944 ordinary shares and 620,944 unlisted options.
