Manuka Resources Ltd ( (AU:MKR) ) has provided an update.
Manuka Resources has reported a change in director John Andrew Gowans Seton’s relevant interests following an on-market sale of ordinary shares and the exercise of unlisted options. The transactions, conducted via trust structures in which Seton holds indirect interests or beneficiary status, resulted in an increase in ordinary shares held through the Abergeldie Trust and the lapse of certain May 2026 options.
Following these movements, Seton’s indirect holdings now comprise more than 51 million ordinary shares across various entities and 2.5 million unlisted options exercisable at $0.15 before December 2027. The disclosure, made under ASX listing rule 3.19A.2, provides transparency to investors regarding board-level equity positions and signals the director’s partial conversion of options into equity alongside a modest sale of stock.
