Manuka Resources Ltd ( (AU:MKR) ) has provided an announcement.
Manuka Resources has issued a supplementary disclosure clarifying references to an Exploration Target and exploration results in its March 2026 quarter activities and cashflow reports. The company acknowledged that the original quarterly report omitted required cross-references and cautionary statements under ASX Listing Rule 5.23.1 and the JORC Code, and it has now directed investors to an amended Mt Boppy Gold Project exploration update released on 11 May 2026.
The company reiterated that the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature, derived from preliminary modelling of existing drilling between cut-off grades of 0.6 and 0.8 grams per tonne of gold, and is not yet sufficient to estimate a Mineral Resource. Manuka confirmed there is no new material information, that all underlying assumptions remain unchanged, and that it remains uncertain whether further exploration will lead to a Mineral Resource estimate, underscoring regulatory compliance and transparency for stakeholders.
