Mantaro Precious Metals Corp. has announced a rebranding to First Andes Silver Ltd., reflecting its focus on the Santas Gloria Silver Property in Peru. The company revised its private placement financing terms to raise up to $1.3 million through the sale of common shares, aiming to fund drilling at Santas Gloria, repay debt, and cover property costs. Additionally, the company has appointed Greig Hutton, an experienced mining engineer and director, to its board.
