MannKind Announces Board of Directors Transition

MannKind (MNKD) just unveiled an announcement.

Kent Kresa is set to retire from the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024, and Steven B. Binder has been appointed to succeed him on the same date. Binder, who currently oversees Special Projects as Executive Vice President, will transition out of his executive role to embrace his new position on the board, aligning with the company’s non-employee director compensation program.
