Mannatech (MTEX) has shared an announcement.
James Clavijo has been appointed as the CFO of Mannatech Incorporated, effective July 1, 2024. Clavijo, with over 25 years of finance and executive experience, will receive a $275,000 base salary, be eligible for the company’s executive bonus program, and receive a stock option to purchase 4,500 shares. Additionally, he will benefit from a $15,000 relocation allowance and standard company benefits including 401k and health insurance. Clavijo is also ensured severance under certain termination conditions.
