The Manitou Group’s Annual General Meeting, held on June 13, 2024, saw shareholders approve the fiscal year 2023 financial statements and a dividend of €1.35 per share, set for payment on June 19th. Shareholders also adopted all resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors.
