Manhattan Resources Limited has recently finalized a second loan agreement, the Onward Tranche 2 Loan, with Onward Capital Pte. Ltd. for up to $13 million to support its renewable energy projects and cover general working capital needs. This follows the full drawdown of the previous $30 million loan facility, which was reduced by the proceeds of a subsidiary disposal. The company has also secured additional loans from Kaiyi Investment Pte. Ltd., underscoring its continued investment in renewable energy infrastructure.
