Manhattan Resources Limited held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 26, 2024, in Singapore, where Chairman and Interim CEO Mr. Tang Kin Fei welcomed shareholders and confirmed the presence of a quorum. Resolutions were decided by poll, with results to be announced post-AGM, and the key agenda included adopting the Directors’ Statement and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023. Shareholders had the opportunity to submit questions before the meeting via email or post.
