Manhattan Resources Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Tan Yek Lee Doreen as an independent director, effective from April 1, 2024, following the resignation of Mr. Tung Zhihong, Paul, due to tenure limits. Ms. Tan will assume the roles of Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of various other committees. The company extends its gratitude to Mr. Tung for his service and outlines the new composition of its Board and Board Committees in the wake of these changes.
