Manhattan Corporation Limited has successfully completed its entitlement offer, with applications for over 155 million new shares, raising around $155,554 before costs. These shares will be issued and expected to start trading on the ASX mid-September, with the remaining shortfall of approximately 1.3 billion shares to be potentially placed at the directors’ discretion. The company also plans to seek shareholder approval for a share consolidation and conditional placement to directors at its upcoming annual general meeting.
