Manhattan Corporation Limited has announced the opening of its non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to raise approximately $1.5 million, with the offer closing on August 21, 2024. Eligible shareholders can now access the Offer Booklet and make their payments, while ineligible shareholders have been notified. The offer is not underwritten, and 708 Capital Pty Ltd is appointed as the lead manager and bookrunner.
