Manhattan Associates (MANH) has provided an update.
At the Manhattan Associates, Inc. Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, Mr. Deepak Raghavan’s bid for reelection to the Board of Directors was unsuccessful, leading him to offer his resignation in line with the company’s policies. His resignation was accepted by the Board on July 18, 2024, with the stipulation that he will remain until a suitable replacement is found and appointed.
