Mandrake Director Bolsters Shareholding

Mandrake Resources Ltd (AU:MAN) has released an update.

Mandrake Resources Ltd has announced that Director Roger Fitzhardinge has increased his stake in the company with the on-market purchase of 2,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares at AUD$0.025147 each. Following this transaction, Fitzhardinge now holds a total of 5,050,000 ordinary shares, alongside his existing 5,000,000 performance rights. There was no change reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
