Mandarin Oriental Enhances Board with New Director

Mandarin Oriental International (GB:MDOB) has released an update.

Mandarin Oriental International Limited has welcomed Cristina Diezhandino, Diageo’s Chief Marketing Officer, as their new Independent Non-Executive Director starting August 2024. Diezhandino, with her extensive experience in marketing and digital transformation at Diageo, is also set to join the company’s Remuneration and Nominations Committees. The addition of Diezhandino is part of the company’s strategy to enhance the diversity and expertise of its Board.
