Mandalay Resources Corporation has announced the resignation of board member Braam Jonker, who leaves to pursue other interests, with Amy Freedman stepping in as Lead Independent Director. The company, which operates gold and antimony mines in Australia and Sweden, is now seeking a new Independent Director while focusing on increasing production and cost-efficiency for shareholder value.
