Manchester United plc has announced their 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on June 25, 2024, at Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP in New York. Shareholders as of the record date, April 10, 2024, are encouraged to vote their Class A ordinary shares online or by proxy, even if they cannot attend in person.
