Man Shun Group (Holdings) Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Lau Yu Ching as an Independent Non-executive Director and several committee roles due to other work commitments, effective 14 June 2024. In the same announcement, the company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Lau for his contributions and welcomed Ms. Ngai Yuk Chun as his replacement, who brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and auditing, starting from the same date.
