Man King Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. So Kei Wai as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 15 July 2024. Mr. So brings 46 years of engineering industry experience and will serve on the audit, nomination, and remuneration committees. The company’s Board has expressed confidence in Mr. So’s independence and qualifications for the role.
