Malaysia Smelting Director Bolsters Shareholdings

Malaysia Smelting Corp. Bhd. (SG:NPW) has released an update.

Dato Dr. Ir. Yong Mian Thong, a director at Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad, has increased his direct stake in the company by acquiring an additional 40,000 ordinary shares through an open market transaction. Following this purchase, his total direct holdings now amount to 506,500 shares, which represents 0.121% of the company. This transaction, signifying a boost in insider confidence, was formally announced to the market on August 27, 2024.
