Majestic Gold Corp. has announced a strategic shift in the allocation of its unused funds from its Global Offering, after reassessing its business operations and objectives. The company originally detailed its intended use of the approximately HK$218.3 million in net proceeds in its prospectus and annual report, but now plans to reallocate the capital in a different manner.
