Magontec Director’s Stake Increases

Magontec Limited (AU:MGL) has released an update.

Magontec Limited has reported a change in the interest of Director Nicholas William Andrews, who acquired an additional 18,750 Unlisted Performance Rights, as part of his variable remuneration approved at the recent AGM, with no change in his indirect holdings of 1,800,890 listed ordinary fully paid shares through Dewberri Pty Ltd.
