Magontec Limited has announced a significant change in director Nicholas William Andrews’ interests, where 582,046 ordinary shares previously held directly have now been acquired by the associated entity Dewberri Pty Ltd. This off-market trade resulted in Nicholas Andrews holding a total of 1,767,582 shares indirectly through Dewberri Pty Ltd, with no shares remaining in direct possession. The company has reported this restructuring between associates to the ASX in accordance with listing rules.
