Magnus Concordia Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Liang Fan as an executive director due to a change in work arrangements, effective from September 1, 2024. In his stead, the company welcomes Ms. Zhou Lan as the new executive director from the same date. Ms. Zhou brings three decades of experience in accounting and finance from various industries to her new role within the company.
