Magnus Concordia Group Limited announced the departure of Mr. Xu Jianfeng as independent non-executive director due to a change in work arrangements, alongside his resignation from several board committees. Meanwhile, the company welcomed Mr. Wang Ping as the new independent non-executive director and member of multiple board committees, effective from 20 July 2024. Mr. Wang brings extensive experience in auditing and finance, with a solid professional background in accounting and asset valuation.
