Magnora ASA has strengthened its capital base following a private placement of 8.2 million shares at NOK 29 per share, combining the issue of 6,578,182 new shares with the sale of 1,621,818 treasury shares. The related share capital increase has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, bringing the company’s share capital to NOK 36,180,003.50 divided into 72,360,007 shares, and leaving Magnora with 104,623 treasury shares once the transaction is fully settled.
