Magnis Energy Bids Farewell to Director Perilli

Magnis Energy Technologies Limited (AU:MNS) has released an update.

Magnis Energy Technologies Ltd has issued a final notice regarding the interests of departing director Fabrizio Perilli, who held 331,811 ordinary shares as the registered holder and had an interest in an additional 328,759 shares through the F Perilli Family Trust No 2. No interests in contracts were disclosed in the notice, which outlines the changes to Perilli’s holdings upon his departure from the company on 17 July 2024.
