Magnetite Mines Limited has announced a significant increase in Director Carmen Letton’s stake in the company through the acquisition of 40,000 fully paid ordinary shares, totaling a consideration of $12,400. This purchase has increased Letton’s total shareholding to 129,090 fully paid ordinary shares, alongside 9,545 listed options. The transaction occurred under an entitlement offer and was not conducted during a closed trading period.
