Magna Mining Shareholders Approve Resolutions

Magna Mining (TSE:NICU) has released an update.

Magna Mining Inc. recently held its Annual & Special Meeting of Shareholders, resulting in the approval of all proposed resolutions, including the election of six board members, reconfirmation of stock and share unit plans, and appointing auditors. Notably, the shareholders welcomed Shastri Ramnath, an experienced geoscientist with a background in nickel exploration, as a new addition to the Company’s board. Magna Mining, known for its focus on nickel, copper, and PGMs in Ontario’s Sudbury Region, is advancing its flagship Shakespeare and Crean Hill Mines projects.
