Magic Software Enterprises Ltd., a global provider of IT consulting services and end-to-end integration and application development platforms solutions, has reported its financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2025, showcasing steady growth across key metrics.
In the second quarter of 2025, Magic Software recorded an 11.3% increase in revenues, reaching $151.6 million compared to the same period last year. The company’s operating income rose by 4% to $15.6 million, while net income attributable to shareholders increased by 9.8% to $9.9 million. For the first half of 2025, revenues grew by 12% to $299 million, with net income rising by 8.8% to $19.4 million.
The company also highlighted a revised full-year revenue guidance, now estimated between $600 million and $610 million, reflecting an anticipated annual growth rate of approximately 8.6% to 10.4%. Additionally, Magic Software declared a semi-annual cash dividend of 29.6 cents per share, amounting to approximately $14.5 million.
Looking ahead, Magic Software remains optimistic about its strategic direction and operational momentum. The company anticipates continued demand for its digital, AI, and cloud transformation solutions, as well as growth in the U.S. market, supported by recent agreements and expanding customer activity.
