Madison Pacific Properties Inc. has achieved a crucial milestone with their Silverdale Hills Limited Partnership, as the City of Mission has approved the rezoning application for the Loftus Village Project, which encompasses 139 acres designated for diverse residential units and community amenities. This project, representing a 50% interest of the company in the partnership, is a significant step forward but still awaits further approvals and a final investment decision.
